To better deliver our services to our customers, we’ve evaluated every touchpoints of the customer experience – starting with our customer service centers. When looking at what we do for our clients, we realised that everything was centered around making our customers happy. This happiness in turn allows our team members to better deliver on their day-to-day tasks as well as identify better ways in improving the customer journey.

With this in mind, we developed our new strapline: ‘Where Customer Service Leads to Happiness’, which introduces our improved Customer Happiness Centers around Ajman. In line with our own strategic goals and the vision of the UAE for 2021, the centers will focus on making our customers happy. From the first hello to the last goodbye, every step of the process will be an effort towards a seamless and positive experience.

Our main Customer Happiness Center is open from 8am to 7pm Sunday to Thursday and 10am to 5pm Saturday, our VIP and Al Rawdha 2 sub-branch, are both open from 8am to 4:30pm Sunday to Thursday while our Contact Center with Arabic and English-speaking agents is open from 8am to 5pm Sunday to Thursday to attend to your sewerage-related queries, account management and complaints. With our trained customer service executives, we ensure quality of service that will have you leaving with a smile.

We believe that by placing our focus on our customers and making their happiness our main priority, all other parts of the value chain will come together in perfect harmony – creating a synergy of innovation, efficiency and prosperity.
